I have a structured approach to therapy so clients can reach their goals of managing emotions, finding peace, and having healthier relationships.
I start by taking the time to get to know you. Then, I go into psychoeducation so you can better understand the psychology and neuroscience behind your feelings. Then, we go into coping tools and learn mindfulness techniques so you can feel less overwhelmed. Together, we will do thought work to create more helpful ways of thinking to better manage your life. We do inner child work to identify what childhood patterns are holding you back so you can create new ways of responding to your environment. Once you have reached your therapy goals, we will graduate you, and you will move through the world with better tools to handle life’s stressors.
