First, to ensure I am the right therapist, schedule a time that works best for you so we can introduce ourselves. We will chat over the phone for about 15 minutes, and I will tell you about my style of therapy and answer any questions you may have. After our call, I will schedule your first session, and we can get started with weekly, or bi-weekly, 50-minute therapy sessions. Please reach out if you can't find a time that works for you.
